Questions
What counts as a photo?
A photo counts once, when PicDad separates the product from its background. Changing the look, trying backgrounds, touching up, re-exporting and reopening saved work are all free.
What are AI credits?
Object removal, photo extension, upscaling and matching the lighting each use 1 credit. Generating three scene options uses 2 credits for the whole set; lighting the chosen scene is a separate 1-credit edit. On-device alternatives use no credits, but do not produce the same results as AI.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Your first 3 photos and one AI try (a set of generated scenes, or two AI edits) work without signing in. After that, a free account gives you 15 photos and 10 AI credits every month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You won’t be charged again.
What happens if I run out?
The studio shows how many photos you have left, and says so when you reach the limit. You can upgrade straight away or wait for your allowance to reset on the 1st of the month. Everything you’ve already made stays yours.
Are my photos stored?
Processing doesn’t keep them: a photo is sent to our servers to separate the product, and to our GPU provider when you use an AI tool (or to Anthropic if you ask for listing text), then discarded. On the free plan your work stays in your own browser. On paid plans, listings you save are also kept in your account, private to you, so they open on your other devices; delete them any time.
