Terms of service

Draft for review. This page hasn’t been checked by a lawyer yet and isn’t in effect.

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PicDad (“we”) for using picdad.com. By using PicDad you agree to them. Contact: our contact form.

The service

PicDad is a photo studio for preparing product photos: it separates products from backgrounds and lets you edit and export the results. Automatic results, including AI tools, can be wrong. Check every photo before you use it in a listing.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans, payment and cancelling

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you add and the images you make. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You must have the right to use every photo you add, and you must not use PicDad for anything illegal, misleading or infringing, such as editing photos to misrepresent an item’s condition.

Fair use

Don’t try to get around plan limits, overload the service or access it with automated tools except through features we provide. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PicDad available but can’t promise it will always be. We may change or remove features. If we stop offering a paid plan, we’ll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Liability

PicDad is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using PicDad and delete your account at any time from your account page; a paid plan is cancelled when you do. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

Law

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
